Fresh, raw (if you can tolerate it), steamed, stewed, poached, microwaved, crockpot, boiled, oven baked or roasted, or lightly saute food over medium-low heat.
These are the best and healthiest ways to prepare food for everyone, and particularly those with digestive problems.
Microwaves. slow cookers (crockpots). and George Forman grills are my favorite healthy cooking methods. George Forman grills give the flavor of grilling, but without the fat and possible cancer-causing side-effects of charcoal and gas flame and over-cooking.
